Daily UI Challenges

I’m doing the daily UI challenge to improve my visual design skills and experiment with different styles!

1 design a form.

I decided to do an entry form for a travel giveaway.

2 Design a credit card checkout.

I created a checkout flow for a single item for desktop and mobile devices.

3 Design a landing page.

This challenge could be interpreted a lot of different ways. I decided to do a visual redesign of the home page of www.goodreads.com!

4 Design a calculator.

From a UX perspective I thought it was important to include a back button in case users type a number wrong but don't need to clear the whole thing.

5 DESIGN AN ICON.

I think this might be my favorite challenge that I've done so far. I made the app icon is for a hypothetical app called "Glo" - an app focused on positivity and self care (similar concept to the shine app

Like day 3, I did a visual redesign of goodreads.com for this user profile.

7 DESIGN A SETTINGS PAGE.

I carried that inspiration from my in app logo (day 5) and created a settings page for a hypothetical app called “GLO.”

8 design a 404 page.

I designed a 404 page for an outdoor gear company. I’m trying to challenge myself to try different styles and I’m happy with the result overall!

9 Challenge: design a music player.

I had fun with this one! I used Spotify as the basis for the functionality of my design but wanted to try a creative approach to showcasing the album art.
